I purchased the Eclipse 2.0 Scent Diffuser through their website, and it arrived on time with neat and secure packaging.
I was able to use it right away and truly loved it, as did my whole family. However, after a few days of use, I noticed that it suddenly stopped working. I later found out that the charger was not functioning properly, so I could no longer turn the device on.
I immediately messaged their page to ask for assistance. They responded promptly and guided me on what to do, even sending clear step-by-step instructions. Unfortunately, the issue still persisted.
They then offered an immediate replacement in case the unit was defective, which they honored without hesitation. On top of that, they even gave me a discount when I availed of another scent. Their customer service was excellent, very easy to talk to, and they treated me as a client with professionalism and care.

Zennya Dreams blends three essential oils with natural compounds that support better sleep. Peppermint contains menthol and 1,8-cineole to clear nasal passages and ease tension. Frankincense features alpha-pinene and incensole acetate, known to reduce stress and support deep, steady breathing—helping you drift into restful, uninterrupted sleep.
Cold Pressing Extraction
We use Cold-Pressed Extraction for certain plant parts (especially citrus, though not for resins like Frankincense). While Lavandin and Peppermint are steam-distilled, this cold method is used when we want to preserve delicate aromatic compounds without heat. It’s a gentle, heat-free process that ensures the oils stay as close to nature as possible—retaining their natural purity, potency, and scent.
