Properties
Zennya Dreams blends three essential oils with natural compounds that support better sleep. Peppermint contains menthol and 1,8-cineole to clear nasal passages and ease tension. Lavandin is rich in linalool and linalyl acetate, which calm the body and promote relaxation. Frankincense features alpha-pinene and incensole acetate, known to reduce stress and support deep, steady breathing—helping you drift into restful, uninterrupted sleep.
Cold Pressing Extraction
We use Cold-Pressed Extraction for certain plant parts (especially citrus, though not for resins like Frankincense). While Lavandin and Peppermint are steam-distilled, this cold method is used when we want to preserve delicate aromatic compounds without heat. It’s a gentle, heat-free process that ensures the oils stay as close to nature as possible—retaining their natural purity, potency, and scent.
