1. Warranty Coverage
Your Zennya Essentials diffuser is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through:
- Zennya Essentials official website
- Official Zennya Essentials stores on Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop
2. Warranty Period
Please replace this with your final coverage period:
- Eclipse 2.0, Halo & Infinity Diffusers — 12 months or 1 year limited warranty
- Atmos Diffuser— 24 months or 2 years limited warranty
- Consumables such as fragrance oils, essential oils, and refills are generally not covered under warranty, unless received damaged or defective upon arrival
3. What Is Covered
The warranty covers defects caused by manufacturing issues, including:
- Device not powering on under normal use
- Malfunctioning motor or diffusion mechanism
- Electrical faults not caused by misuse
- App or control issues caused by hardware failure
- Other product defects confirmed by our support team
4. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper use, misuse, negligence, or accidents
- Drops, impact damage, water exposure, or liquid spills
- Use of non-recommended oils, solutions, or accessories
- Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or tampering
- Damage caused by incorrect voltage or improper power supply
- Cosmetic issues that do not affect product performance
- Commercial misuse or abnormal operating conditions
- Failure to follow product care, cleaning, and operating instructions
5. Wrong or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. How to File a Warranty Claim

- Provide a replacement part
- Offer store credit or another reasonable resolution, if repair or replacement is not possible
Replacement units or parts provided under warranty do not reset the original warranty period unless otherwise stated.
8. Shipping and Return Handling
Customers may be asked to return the product for inspection before warranty approval.

- Shipping fees may apply for claims found not to be covered by warranty
- Products returned without prior approval may not be processed
9. Limitation
